✅ Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, preferably low-fat)
  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or use milk alternative for lighter version)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (helps bind, optional)
  • Salt (light)
  • Black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional topping)

🍲 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prep vegetables
    Lightly steam or boil broccoli and cauliflower for 3–5 minutes (keep slightly firm).
  3. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream, garlic, egg (if using), salt, pepper, and spices.
  4. Combine
    Add vegetables into a baking dish, pour sauce over, and mix gently.
  5. Add cheese
    Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Add cherry tomatoes if desired.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
