Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup boneless chicken breast (sliced thin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil (for flavor)
- 1–2 tsp sugar-free sweetener (optional, like stevia or monk fruit)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken:
Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes). Remove and set aside. - Sauté aromatics:
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds. - Add cabbage:
Toss in cabbage and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. - Combine:
Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, pepper, and chili flakes. - Finish:
Stir everything together for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
