🧾 Ingredients
- 2 ripe Banana, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if preferred)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp monk fruit or erythritol sweetener
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
