Diabetic-Friendly Steamed Chili Lime Fish
Ingredients
- 2 fillets white fish (such as Cod or Tilapia)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare fish
Place the fish fillets on a heat-safe plate. - Make the sauce
Mix garlic, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and chilies. - Pour sauce
Spoon the mixture over the fish. - Steam
Steam for 8–10 minutes until the fish flakes easily. - Garnish
