1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 small box orange gelatin mix (sugar-free works best)
½ cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained)
½ cup cottage cheese (optional but boosts protein)
1–2 tbsp milk (if needed for smoother texture)
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped pineapple or mini marshmallows
Instructions
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + protein powder + orange gelatin powder until smooth.
Stir in cottage cheese (blend it first if you want it smoother).
Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the mixture fluffy.
Add mandarin orange segments and lightly mix.
Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes so it thickens and flavors combine.
