Loaded Shrimp Ramen with Sausage, Eggs & Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

6 oz smoked sausage, sliced

3–4 small red potatoes, halved and boiled

2 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1–2 tsp chili oil or hot sauce (optional)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

1½ cups chicken broth or water

Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes until fully cooked. Cool, peel, slice, and set aside.

2. Cook potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

3. Season shrimp with paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté sausage until browned, then add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and seared. Remove and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

6. Add broth and ramen noodles. Cook according to package directions. Stir in chili oil if using.

7. Transfer noodles to a bowl or container. Top with shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and eggs.

8. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve hot.
