  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp paprika
  • Β½ tsp turmeric (optional, anti-inflammatory)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or lemon juice (optional, for finishing)

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower.
  3. Toss florets with olive oil and all seasonings.
  4. Spread in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan in the last 5 minutes if using.
  7. Finish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon.

Add 1–2 tbsp almond flour before baking for a light crust.
