Diabetic-Friendly Bay Leaf & Clove Tea Recipe:
🌿 Bay Leaf & Clove Blood Sugar Tea
Ingredients
- 4–5 dried bay leaves
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- (Optional) 1 small cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Add water to a small pot.
- Add bay leaves and cloves (and cinnamon if using).
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
How to Drink
- Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach.
- You can also drink another cup in the evening.
- Do not add sugar or honey.
