  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  1. Steam broccoli until tender. Let cool, then squeeze out excess water (very important).
  2. In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, eggs, almond flour, flaxseed, and seasonings.
  3. Form small patties with your hands.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and firm.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving (helps them set).
