✅ 2 ingredients only:
- 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns (about 20–24 oz)
- 2 large eggs
Optional (for extra flavor)
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Thaw & Drain
- Thaw hash browns slightly (microwave 1–2 minutes).
- Place in a clean towel or paper towels and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
2. Mix
- In a bowl, combine:
- thawed hash browns
- 2 eggs
- Season if desired (optional).
3. Form Patties
- Divide mixture into 6–8 patties (depending on size).
- Press firmly to compact.
4. Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place patties in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
- Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cook 2–3 more minutes if you want extra crispiness.
✅ Optional Add-Ins
If you want to add more flavor (still simple):
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
