How to Make Moist Savory Cake Without a Scale

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
Add the yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, and parmesan cheese, and mix well until smooth.

Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Mix until everything is well combined and there are no lumps.

Once the batter is smooth, fold in the grated zucchini, diced ham, and cubed cheese.
Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Grease and flour a round or square baking pan.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Once baked, let the savory cake cool slightly before serving. It’s perfect warm or at room temperature.
