🧾 Ingredients (That’s it. Seriously.)

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites (from a carton or ~8 egg whites)
  • 1 scoop (about 30–32g) whey protein powder
    • Vanilla or unflavored works best
    • Whey isolate gives the fluffiest texture

⬅️ No flour. No sugar. No baking powder. No sweetener needed.


🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Whip the Egg Whites

  • Add egg whites to a clean bowl.
  • Beat with a hand or stand mixer on high for 4–5 minutes until stiff peaks form (it should look like glossy marshmallow fluff).

2️⃣ Fold in Protein Powder

  • Gently fold protein powder into the egg whites in 2–3 additions.
  • Be patient and light-handed—this keeps it cloud-like ☁️

3️⃣ Bake

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Line or lightly spray a small round cake pan or loaf pan.
  • Spoon batter in and smooth the top.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
