1. Prep the bread
- Butter one side of each bread slice.

2. Assemble the sandwich
- Place cheese slices on the non-buttered side of one slice of bread.

- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or dried oregano if desired.
- Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side facing out.
3. Grill the sandwich
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
