🔥 Instructions
1. Make the dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt.
- Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough 3–4 minutes until smooth.
2. Shape the bagels
- Divide dough into 2–4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center with your finger and gently stretch to form a bagel shape.
3. Optional egg wash
- Beat the egg and brush over the bagels.
- Sprinkle toppings if desired.
4. Preheat air fryer
- Set to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
5. Air fry bagels
- Place bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6. Cool & serve
- Let bagels cool slightly before slicing.
- Enjoy with cream cheese, butter, jam, or fruit spreads.
💡 Tips for Best Results
- Use self-rising flour for easier rising.
- Dough should be slightly sticky but manageable — add a little extra flour if too wet.
- Air fryer times may vary — check bagels after 8 minutes.
- For extra chewiness, brush with water before cooking instead of egg.
