Ingredients:
For the Nacho Chips:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Toppings:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
1/4 cup guacamole (optional)
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Make the Keto Nacho Chips:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix shredded cheddar cheese with chili powder and garlic powder in a bowl.
Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each one slightly into a circle.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let them cool to firm up.
Prepare the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add cumin, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Nachos:
Arrange the keto nacho chips on a large plate or baking tray.
