Serves: 1 large bowl or 2 smaller portions
Protein: ~25–35g (depending on protein powder & yogurt)


🧾 Ingredients

Base

  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2 or similar)
    (or 1 tbsp regular peanut butter for richer taste)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

For the “Cloud” Texture

  • ½ cup whipped topping (light or sugar-free)
    OR
  • ½ cup whipped egg whites (pasteurized carton only)

Optional Toppings

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Banana slices
  • Drizzle of melted peanut butter

🥣 Instructions

  1. Mix the base
    • In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
    • Mix until smooth and thick.
  2. Fold in the cloud
    • Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped egg whites.
    • Use a spatula and fold slowly to keep it airy.
  3. Chill (recommended)
    • Refrigerate 20–30 minutes for best texture.
    • Serve cold for a mousse-like consistency.
  4. Add toppings
    • Sprinkle or drizzle toppings just before serving.

  • Freeze for 45–60 minutes
  • Stir once halfway through
  • Turns into a soft-serve protein dessert

🍰 Baked Cloud (firmer)

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–22 minutes
  • Let cool completely before eating
