- 1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
For the “Cloud” Texture
- ½ cup whipped topping (light or sugar-free)
OR - ½ cup whipped egg whites (pasteurized carton only)
Optional Toppings
- Mini chocolate chips
- Crushed peanuts
- Banana slices
- Drizzle of melted peanut butter
🥣 Instructions
- Mix the base
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and thick.
- Fold in the cloud
- Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped egg whites.
- Use a spatula and fold slowly to keep it airy.
- Chill (recommended)
- Refrigerate 20–30 minutes for best texture.
- Serve cold for a mousse-like consistency.
- Add toppings
- Sprinkle or drizzle toppings just before serving.
