Ingredients (1 large serving)
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (2% or fat-free)
- ¼ cup marinara or pizza sauce (no-sugar-added if possible)
- ¼ cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded
- 10–15 turkey pepperoni slices (or chicken sausage)
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions (Microwave Method)
- In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together:
- Cottage cheese
- Marinara
- Italian seasoning & garlic powder
- Add pepperoni and veggies (if using).
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Microwave 60–90 seconds, until hot and melty.
- Let sit 1 minute (it thickens as it cools).
- Finish with red pepper flakes or extra seasoning.
Oven Method (Extra Cheesy)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix everything except mozzarella in an oven-safe dish.
- Top with mozzarella.
