Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff (High Protein)
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (or more Greek yogurt if you prefer)
- 1 scoop vanilla or cheesecake protein powder
- 2–4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice, just enough to blend)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste (optional: honey, maple syrup, stevia, etc.)
- Optional:
- ½ tsp lemon juice (cheesecake tang)
- ¼ tsp salt (brings out sweetness)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until very thick, smooth, and fluffy.
- Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
- If it’s too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time and re-blend.
- Spoon into a bowl and enjoy immediately, or chill 10–15 minutes for extra thickness.
Optional Toppings (Still High-Protein Friendly)
- Crushed graham crackers or high-fiber cereal
- Extra sliced strawberries
- A dollop of Greek yogurt
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
