Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (small curd or whipped)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
(This prevents sticking — very important with melted cheese.) - Blend the Cottage Cheese
Add the 1 cup cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, with no curds left.
(This helps the sticks hold shape and bake evenly.) - Mix in the Mozzarella
In a bowl, combine:
the blended cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Stir well until thoroughly mixed and uniform. - Spread & Shape
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spread it into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Smooth the top for even baking. - Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes,
or until the edges are golden and the top is lightly browned. - Cool & Slice
Let the baked cheese slab cool for 5–10 minutes.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice into 8 sticks.

Bake an additional 5–8 minutes, or air-fry at 390°F (200°C) for 4–6 minutes.
