1 can (400 ml) full-fat coconut milk (chilled in fridge overnight)
2β3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2β3 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, stevia, or maple syrup if not strictly sugar-free)
Optional toppings:
Fresh berries
Shaved dark chocolate (vegan)
Chopped nuts or coconut flakes

Step 1: Prepare Coconut Cream
Chill the coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
Open the can and scoop out the thick cream (leave the liquid behind for smoothies or other uses).
Step 2: Whip
Add cocoa powder and sweetener to the coconut cream.
Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip until smooth and fluffy (2β3 minutes).
Step 3: Adjust Sweetness & Flavor
Taste and add more sweetener or cocoa as desired.
Optional: add Β½ tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Step 4: Chill (Optional)
Spoon mousse into serving cups.
Chill in the fridge for 30β60 minutes for firmer texture.
Step 5: Serve
Top with berries, nuts, or shaved chocolate.
Enjoy immediately for a soft mousse or chilled for a thicker, spoonable texture.

For a richer chocolate taste, use unsweetened cacao powder instead of cocoa.
