- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (~2β3 lemons)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1β2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit)
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla whey/plant protein powder
- Ice cubes
Optional: fresh mint or basil for garnish

- Blend the Base
- In a blender, combine cucumber slices, lemon juice, water, and sweetener.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add Protein
- Pour the mixture into a shaker or blender.
- Add protein powder and blend again until fully dissolved.
- Serve
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with mint or cucumber slices.
- Chill for 10 minutes for extra refreshment (optional).
