🥣 Ingredients

- ¼ cup puffed quinoa
- ¼ cup collagen powder (mix into clusters before baking)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the high-protein crunch clusters
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine:
✔ oats
✔ protein powder
✔ egg whites
✔ honey/syrup
✔ coconut oil
✔ cinnamon + salt - Stir until small clumps form—if too dry, add 1–2 tbsp water.
- Spread on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Bake 12–14 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crunchy.
- Let cool completely (they crisp fully as they cool).
2. Assemble the snack jars
In each jar, layer:
- ¼ of the protein clusters
- ¼ cup high-protein cereal
- 2 tbsp almonds or soy nuts
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried fruit
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt chips/pretzel bites
Repeat layers so they’re visually fun and crunchy throughout.
Seal tightly.
