Ingredients
125 grams of Liquid egg whites
34 grams of angel food cake protein powder
Instructions
Beat until stiff and gently fold in 34 grams of your favorite protein powder. Bake Katie in a round 8 inch silicone pan. If not, I would use parchment paper at 392 degrees farenheit for 10 minutes.
notes: I used an 8 inch pan but it doesn’t really matter because it didn’t touch the sides. You could bake with parchment paper on a cookie sheet too
Chocolate is good and so is Ryse Marshmallow flavor and it tastes exactly like an angel food cake!

You can also just use more egg whites and no protein powder
I use liquid egg whites add sugar free cake batter flavoring and sfree pudding mix any flavor and sweetner of choice
This also works in AirFryer
The key is to fold in flavoring (protein powder or sfree pudding mix) so doesn’t deflate
Set on bake 10-13 min
