Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whip Cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Add Cocoa & Sweetener: Gradually add cocoa powder and powdered erythritol while continuing to whip until combined.
  3. Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla: Fold in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt gently until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Chill (Optional): For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.
  5. Serve: Scoop into bowls or dessert cups and enjoy immediately!
