🥤 Homemade Electrolyte “Pink Salt” Wellness Drink

(a safe alternative often used for hydration, appetite control, and reducing cravings)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) water – cold or room temp
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh preferred)
  • 1–2 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional for metabolism support)
  • ⅛–¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt (electrolytes)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or 0-cal sweetener (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

🧃 Instructions

  1. Add water to a glass or shaker bottle.
  2. Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener if using.
  4. Mix well and serve over ice.
