π Moist Banana Bread β Full Recipe
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (maida): 1Β½ cups (200 g)
Bananas: 2β3, mashed
Eggs: 2
Melted butter: β cup (75 g)
Brown sugar: ΒΌ cup (50 g)
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Baking powder: Β½ tsp
Salt: ΒΌ tsp
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Optional: walnuts/chocolate chips (Β½ cup)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter + brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the mashed bananas and combine.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix gentlyβdo not over-mix.
Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45β55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
