Ingredients
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a medium baking dish.
Spread ham, cheese, and green onions evenly in the baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
Bake 25–30 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
