Easy Homemade Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Cup Sugar (Add Gradually)
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp White & Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Beat 2 eggs with vanilla essence for 1 minute.
  2. Gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved.
  3. Add oil and mix well.
  4. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Add to the egg mixture along with milk and mix into a smooth batter.
  6. Add chocolate chips and fold gently.
  7. Grease a 7-inch mould with oil, place baking paper, and pour the batter.
  8. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  9. Pre-heat a pan with a wire stand for 5–7 minutes.
  10. Place the mould, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 35–40 minutes.
  11. Cool slightly, cut into slices, and serve!
