Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 3โ€“4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and remaining 2 tbsp butter to the pan. Stir for 1โ€“2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

๐Ÿ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (or half and half)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, spinach, or mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in cream. Simmer for 2โ€“3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
