Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola (or crushed nuts for a low-sugar option)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the berries:
    Wash and slice strawberries if using. Mix all the berries in a bowl.
  2. Sweeten the yogurt (optional):
    In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
  3. Assemble the parfait:
    In serving glasses or jars, layer in this order:
    • 2–3 tbsp yogurt
    • Spoonful of mixed berries
    • Spoonful of granola
    Repeat layers until you reach the top. Finish with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Garnish and serve:
    Top with a drizzle of honey and a sprig of mint, if desired. Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
