- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup granola (or crushed nuts for a low-sugar option)
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

- Prepare the berries:
Wash and slice strawberries if using. Mix all the berries in a bowl. - Sweeten the yogurt (optional):
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired. - Assemble the parfait:
In serving glasses or jars, layer in this order:- 2–3 tbsp yogurt
- Spoonful of mixed berries
- Spoonful of granola
- Garnish and serve:
Top with a drizzle of honey and a sprig of mint, if desired. Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
