Ingredients:

10 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise. Carefully pull the lobster meat slightly above the shell for presentation, leaving it attached at the base.

2. Make the Garlic Butter:

In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Assemble:

Place the prepared lobster tails in a large baking dish.

Generously spoon the garlic butter mixture over each lobster tail.

4. Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley or green onions over the baked lobster tails.
