Summer Frito Salad

Recipe:

1 head of iceberg letter, chopped/shredded

1 can of ranch style beans, drained

About a handful of diced tomatoes

About a handful of shredded cheese

Chopped onion (I don’t like raw onion so I don’t add this to mine)

1 bag of Fritos, crushed (not the party size bag, the regular bag)

Little more than half a bottle of French dressing**

Mix all together and enjoy immediately. Does not store well. Eat it up! It’s the perfect mix of sweet, savory, salty, crunchy, and we make a meal out of it during the summer when we don’t want to heat the house up with the oven.

**I do NOT normally eat French dressing. In fact, this is the ONLY thing I use French dressing in/on. My aunt uses ranch and I don’t like it as much. The French dressing is what gives it the sweet and tangy flavor that is 🤌😘 -*chef’s kiss good*- I’ve also used creamy French and Catalina and they are fine as well.

This is a cheap meal, it’s easy, it doesn’t use the oven, it doesn’t use meat (for those saving money), and my family loves it!!
