Keto Stuffed Celery

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of celery (cut into 3–4 inch pieces)
  • 4 oz (Β½ cup) cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
  • ΒΌ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped cooked bacon (optional but yum!)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the filling:
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo (if using), cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the celery:
    Spoon or pipe the filling into each celery stick.
  3. Top it off:
    Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning or extra bacon bits for extra crunch and flavor.
  4. Chill or serve immediately:
    Serve right away or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes for a firmer texture.

  • You can swap cheddar for blue cheese, feta, or goat cheese for variety.
