Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess – optional)
  • 1 cup orange juice (or coconut water/almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for protein & creaminess)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or liquid if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!

Tips:

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add more frozen fruit.
  • Want it dairy-free? Skip the yogurt or use a plant-based alternative.
