1 container (15 oz) sugar-free chocolate frosting (or make a light chocolate glaze – see below)
Optional Homemade Light Chocolate Glaze:
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar substitute (like Swerve)
2 tbsp skim milk (adjust for consistency)
1 tsp vanilla extract
🧁 Directions:
Prepare the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and skim milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Layer the dessert:
In a 9×13-inch dish, place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Spread the remaining pudding mixture.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Frosting:
If using premade sugar-free frosting, microwave it for 10–15 seconds to soften, then spread evenly over the top.
If using homemade glaze, whisk ingredients until smooth and pour over the top layer.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. This helps the graham crackers soften and the flavors meld.
