Air Fryer Baked Oats

Ingredients:

– 2 cups rolled oats

– 1 cup milk (or plant-based)

– ¾ cup applesauce

– 4 tbsp honey/maple syrup

– ½ tsp vanilla extract

– ½ tsp cinnamon

– ½ tsp baking powder

– Pinch of salt

– ½ cup chopped apples

– ½ cup blueberries

– 8–10 chopped nuts (almonds/walnuts)

Directions:

1. Whisk milk, applesauce, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.

2. Mix in oats, baking powder, and salt. Fold in apples, nuts, and berries.

3. Grease ramekins, fill with mix, and top with extra berries/nuts.

4. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 13–15 mins. Skewer should come out clean.

5. Drizzle with honey or peanut butter. Serve warm!

Storage:

– Fridge: 2–3 days (reheat 30 sec).

– Freezer: Up to 15 days (reheat 1 min).
