Ingredients:

- 1 cup finely grated apple (about 2 medium apples)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a silicone mold or loaf pan by greasing it lightly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, honey, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
