Heavenly Pistachio White Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a cheesecake pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in melted white chocolate, pistachios, and eggs.
Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
