Keto Hamburger Bake Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for topping)
  • Pickles (for topping, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and tomato paste. Mix well and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  4. Spread beef mixture in a greased baking dish (8×8 or similar).
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together. Pour over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top. Add mozzarella if you like it extra cheesy.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool slightly. Top with pickles if desired.
