Yoghurt ice cream in 2 minutes

image 32

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (like berries or mango) (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of whipped cream or a splash of milk for creaminess (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the yogurt and sweetener: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Blend for extra smoothness: If you want a smoother consistency, you can blend it with the frozen fruit and/or whipped cream in a blender for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Freeze quickly: Spread the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper, and put it in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes (while you gather any toppings you might like).
  4. Serve: After chilling, take out the frozen yogurt ice cream, scoop it, and serve immediately!

While it’s not 100% frozen in 2 minutes, this method gets you a creamy frozen yogurt treat in just a short amount of time. You can also use an ice cream maker if you have one, which speeds up the freezing process. Enjoy!
