Pancakes with 20 g of protein are great for losing weight
INGREDIENTS
1 large banana, ripe
2 eggs, medium to small
1 serving of protein
2 tbsp flour
some coconut oil, for frying
possibly cinnamon powder or sugar
preparation
This is how I do it: first mix the two eggs in a small bowl with a mixer until creamy, add the flour and protein and mix everything well.
Next, cut the banana into small pieces and add it (or put it directly in the pan and pour the egg mixture on top)
Then mix everything well until there are hardly any banana pieces left and everything has mixed evenly into a liquid mixture (if necessary, add a little cinnamon). Now heat the coconut oil in the pan. Add small portions of the pancake batter and fry over low to medium heat.
Then turn them carefully so that they are fried until golden on both sides.
Serve the pancakes warm and enjoy. Additional sweeteners are not necessary as the banana already makes the dough sweet enough.
