3-Ingredient Copycat Mounds Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups dark chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Filling – In a bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Shape the Bars – Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into rectangular bars. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze – Freeze for about 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt Chocolate – Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Coat the Bars – Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift and let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Set & Enjoy – Place the bars back on the parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.
