- 2 ripe passion fruits
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (like Stevia or Erythritol)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light whipped topping (optional)
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings (optional, adjust for points)
Instructions
- Prepare the Passion Fruit – Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp. Set aside.
- Make the Chocolate Cream – In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the Dessert – In serving glasses, layer the chocolate yogurt mixture and passion fruit pulp. Repeat if needed.
- Top It Off – Add a dollop of light whipped topping and sprinkle dark chocolate shavings.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend. Enjoy!
