Keto Everything Bagel Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (preferably whole milk)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the cheeses: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan. If you like garlic or onion flavor, add the garlic and onion powder to the mix.
  3. Shape the chips: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop slightly to form small rounds.
  4. Add seasoning: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each cheese round. If you like more seasoning, feel free to adjust.
  5. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Cool and serve: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before carefully transferring them to a plate. Enjoy them on their own, or with a dipping sauce!

Tips:

  • For extra crispy chips, you can bake them a bit longer (watch closely to avoid burning).
  • If you prefer, you can add some cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
