Parmesan Broccoli Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Raw broccoli 4 cups
  • Part-skim grated Mozzarella cheese 10 tbsp
  • Low-fat cream cheese 1/4 cup
  • One-fourth cup of low-fat mayonnaise
  • Crushed garlic cloves 2
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the empty oven by increasing its temperature to 375 degrees (Fahrenheit).
  2. Next, apply the cooking spray to a baking tray with a brush.
  3. Set aside the greased baking tray.
  4. Next, add raw broccoli, salt, low-fat cream cheese, black pepper, garlic, chopped onion, mayonnaise, and eight tablespoons of cheese to a dish.
  5. Stir all items with a spoon.
  6. Now, shift this creamy mixture to the baking tray.
  7. Sprinkle leftover two tablespoons of grated cheese over the mixture.
  8. After that, bake it for twenty-three to twenty-seven minutes.
  9. Next, transfer the baking tray to a dry and cool place.
  10. The tasty Weight Watchers Parmesan Broccoli Dip is ready.
  11. Serve with any food or snacks.
