Marinate the steak – In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and all the spices. Add sliced steak and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
Cook the steak – Heat a skillet over high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté veggies – In the same skillet, add butter, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft but still crisp.
Combine & serve – Add the steak back into the skillet, mix well, and cook for another minute.
