applecake with crumbles

Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
125g veg.Butter
150g Sugar (or less)
Vanilla (-flavor)
Substitute for 4 medium eggs (i.e.aquafaba, applesauce)
250g spelt or wheat flour (I use 1080 wholegrain should work as well)
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
Mix well and spread on greased baking sheet
Fruit:
1,5 kg Apples cut in wedges (I did not peel them) spread on dough
Crumbles:
150g veg.Butter
200g Sugar (or less)
250g flour (spelt or wheat)
Cinnamon, Vanilla
Mix until crumble und spread on top of apples
Bake at 175°C for ~40 minutes
