Here’s a recipe for Cabbage Patties

**Yields:** About 12 patties

**Prep Time:** 20 minutes

**Cook Time:** 15-20 minutes

**Ingredients:**

* 500g Cabbage, shredded

* 2 Onions, finely chopped

* 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced

* 3 Eggs

* 4 Tablespoons Flour (60g)

* Salt and Pepper to taste

* Oil for frying

**Instructions:**

1. **Prep the cabbage:** Grate or finely chop the cabbage. You can use a food processor for this.

2. **Sauté the veggies:** Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until softened.

3. **Combine ingredients:** In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, sautéed onions and garlic, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.

4. **Form patties:** Shape the mixture into round patties. You can use your hands or a small ice cream scoop for this.

5. **Cook the patties:** Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

6. **Serve:** Serve the cabbage patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce or toppings. Sour cream, yogurt, or a simple tomato sauce are all great options.
