Peanut Sauce (1 point)

4 servings (2 tbsp each) Ingredients: 4 tbsp powdered peanut butter

2 tbsp water 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp date powder 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp red curry paste 1/4 tsp fish sauce Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds until combined. Store leftovers in a covered container the refrigerator. Suggested Serving: If you don’t have fish sauce or don’t like fish sauce, just add a pinch of salt. Delicious on meat, vegetables or rice. Can be used in a stir fry, as a dipping sauce, or as a salad dressing.
