Fruit cake in the air fryer

Recipe is 1 can crushed pineapple
125grams butter
1 cup sugar
3 cups mixed fruit
2 cups fruit juice
Mixed spice (to your taste)
2.5 cups sr flour
2 eggs
I also added a splash of whiskey and a squirt of honey.
Boil all ingredients except eggs flour & whiskey.
When cool add rest of ingredients, using a spoon to combine.
Cook 160 15mins.
As all air fryers are different may need to adjust time and temp to suit.
Mixture made 8 hearts and 2 round tins. Adjust quantities for more or less mixture.
(I did all heart’s in air fryer but rounds in regular oven.)
